Allos Therapeutics, Inc announced today that the FDA granted Orphan Drug Designation to pralatrexate (PDX) for the treatment of patients with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma. This marks the second Orphan Drug Designation for PDX – the original designation covers the treatment of patients with T-cell lymphoma.
