InfoNow Corporation announced today that it has secured $5M in Series B funding in a round led by Vedanta Capital and participated in by existing investors Sequel Venture Partners and Sevin Rosen Funds. InfoNow’s Software-as-a-Service offering provides channel performance optimization. The proprietary software gives companies accurate and timely information about what is going on within channels and is especially helpful to companies with complex channels including large networks resellers, distributors, and partners. The new funding will be used to extend its product – building on the recent release of InfoNow 2.0 – and expand its market share. Based in Denver, InfoNow last took on funding in October, 2007 in a $6M Series A round.
