The Fuel Team Acquired by PR Newswire

Denver-based website software company The Fuel Team has been acquired by PR Newswire. The Fuel Team’s software has powered PR Newswire’s online newsroom and investor room tools since the two companies entered into a partnership in 2004. PR Newswire’s Media Room is used by businesses of all sizes to power their online newsrooms with IR Room providing an analogous platform for company’s online presence with shareholders. The Fuel Team co-founders Dee Rambeau, Karen Meyer and Jason Keller will join PR Newswire and assume responsibility for enhancing the Media Room and IR Room technology as well as expanding the offering. The remainder of the Fuel Team employees will have the option to join PR Newswire. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
