ReadyTalk, a provider of integrated audio and web conferencing, announced it has launched a new service, Platinum Web Event. The new offering provides a complete package of services to those hosting web events including consulting services before and during the event to help with registration customization and live event monitoring. To optimize attendees audio experience, the product uses ReadyTalk Broadcast Audio, which allows users to select to listen to audio over the internet or dial-in via telephone. Post-event, the package provides recording, editing, archiving and reporting and the ability to easily imbed pieces of the recording on company websites and blogs. Headquartered in Denver, ReadyTalk received the People’s Choice Award at CSIA’s DEMOGala in October.
