Everlater, a Boulder class of 2009 TechStars alum, has raised a seed round of funding led by Highway 12 Ventures, based in Boise, Idaho. The size of the round was not disclosed. Everlater provides a one-stop online platform for travelers to chronicle and share their experiences. Among the features of Everlater’s current offering are the ability to post photos, videos, and text and map the location of these postings, record favorite restaurants and hotels, and push this information out to various social networks. The company plans to use the funds to continue to expand and enhance its product.
